DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct market research to identify target regions and markets by analyzing marketing trends, competition, new products, and pricing.
Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas, including event planning, content development and optimization, social media, etc.
Liaise with external vendors and internal stakeholder to execute promotional campaigns and events, including trade shows
Collaborate with corporate marketing and other stakeholders to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts.
Maintain, plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience / customer through appropriate channels, including social media, web-site, print, etc.
Assist in analyzing marketing data to help shape marketing strategies.
Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned.
Assist in departmental budget preparation and maintenance.
Maintain corporate website,customer extranet, and company intranet.
Build and maintain marketing lists and contacts.
Create sales and marketing materials for internal stakeholders and Channel Partners.
Design, build and facilitate curriculum, training materials and training events for the global sales team.
Work with Sales and Service departments to create and execute plans for Global Channel Partners.
Perform work in accordance with CEC documented policies and procedures.
Complete all applicable quality records.
QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in marketing, advertising, public relations or relevant field, or a combination of education and experience.
EXPERIENCE
5+ years of experience in all aspects of developing and managing marketing strategies, specifically on-line and CRM campaigns.
PHYSICAL
Some travel required
Regularly required to stand, walk or sit; use hands to operate computers, office equipment; use vision and hearing when working with communication and office materials.
LANGUAGE
Fluent in reading, writing and communicating in English.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to develop content and reports.
COMPUTER SKILLS
Proficient in Word and Excel.
CRM Experience (Microsoft Dynamics).
Experience in researching techniques.
Photography and Photo Editing.
Graphic design through Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, illustrator, InDesign).
HTML, CSS and PHP coding ability with WordPress.
CERTIFICATES/LICENSES/PERMITS
Valid passport.

Ability to prioritize urgent and important tasks, and to accomplish them on time.
